1. Customers are required to present the voucher upon arrival and before check-out to enjoy the offer.
2. This voucher is only available to using on 1 August - 29 September 2024 (except all Mondays).
3. Delivery service is not applicable.
4. Reservation is required at least 3 days before in advance and subject to availability.
5. Products will not be returned or exchange.
6. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers or privileges.
7. Offers are subject to change without prior notice.
8. Changing order, cancellation or refund is not allowed after confirmation.
9. In case of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
10. In case of any disputes, Royal Park Hotel reserves the right of final decision.
