1. Please place your order at least 3 days in advance
2. Pick up and Delivery time from 12:00noon to 7:00pm daily
3. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers and privileges
4. Order of $3,000 or above can enjoy one time free delivery service to Kowloon, Hong Kong Island or New Territories district. If the order amount is less than the free delivery service requirements, additional charges will be required. (Applicable for large residential estates only and except remote areas, outlying islands)
5. Neither be reissued, replaced nor purchasing other items
6. Order details will be confirmed by phone or email
7. Changing your order, cancellation or refund is not allowed after confirmation
8. For a smooth transaction, please make sure the information provided is correct
9. The delivery service will be suspended if the black rainstorm signal, typhoon signal No. 8 or higher is hoisted
10. Delivery time may be delayed due to weather and traffic conditions
